MK Premium Solutions helps smaller companies see what is slowing them down. Merrick and Kaylan then build, handle marketing, simplify the operation, or run the back office from behind the scenes. Merrick

Owner

Merrick has built his own businesses, and they have not all been in one trade. He has been in trucking, in appliance installation and delivery, and in the websites and apps a company uses every day. He has had to find the customers, get the work out the door, and stay with it when the week got heavy.

So when you sit down with him, you are not getting a pitch from the outside. You are getting someone who has done that work himself. He has the experience to see what your company is already capable of, and the determination to help you take it further and put more of that in front of the people who need to see it. You will work with him. You will not be passed to someone else.

Kaylan

Owner

Kaylan was born and raised in Houston. She started in the arts, pottery and ceramics, and spent ten years in education. She later earned an MBA in project management and now works in electricity and gas, leading project management and marketing. She is also a founder of Find it on KOVA, a local flyer-based app that puts the spotlight on small businesses. At MK Premium Solutions we work with a range of businesses. We create apps. We bring clarity, structure, and creative problem-solving to clients who need something built, marketed, cleaned up, or run from behind.

How the practice thinks

The obvious problem is not always the real one

A full inbox, a late job, or a quiet pipeline is what you can see. We still check whether the limit is cash, time, or how much work the company can finish.

Smaller teams need a shorter list

Starting three projects at once does not make a small company faster. We keep the active work short and write down what can wait.

We do not invent proof

You will not find client counts, revenue claims, or testimonials on this site unless a client has actually given us one to use. We also do not invent how long we have been in business.

If the fit is wrong, we will say so.

Bring the stuck week. Leave with a yes, a different package, or a no. That conversation is the business review, not a tour of the site.
