How we work
We look first. Then we do one job properly.
A smaller company cannot rebuild a website, run a campaign, clean up operations, and hand us the back office all in the same month. We choose the piece that will actually change cash, time, or how much work gets finished. If you later want us operating in the background, that is a separate decision, after the first job has gone well.
01
Review
You tell us what you sell, who buys it, what feels stuck, and what you have already tried. We write down what we know and what we would only be guessing. A request for a new site, more leads, or another hire is useful, but it is not yet the answer. We still have to see whether the real limit is cash, time, or how much work gets finished.
02
Choose the first job
A smaller company that starts three projects at once usually finishes none of them. If the website cannot take a sale, we build before we advertise. If jobs are late, we fix that path before we send more demand. If the day is lost to the inbox, we sort the desk before anyone talks about hiring.
03
Build it or simplify it
Building means a website or an app your customers and your team can use. Streamlining means fewer steps, less repeated work, and a cleaner inbox. We write a short procedure only when people will miss the step without it. The scope is agreed before we start. We do not add software just to avoid looking at the job.
04
Back office, if you want us to stay
This is the retainer. We run the follow-through, the online admin, and the threads that should not keep landing on the owner. It is there so you can get more done without hiring a role the volume does not need. We do not promise a headcount saving, because we have not seen your payroll. If the real problem changes, we stop and look again instead of filling the month.
Who does what, and when it is done
| Step | You | Us | Done when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Review | An owner who can describe a normal week, not only the company line. | Questions. If we are the wrong fit, we say that. | You and we can see the symptoms, the limits you already accept, and what is still unknown. |
| Choose the first job | Willingness to hear that the first job may be smaller than the one you wrote in. | A clear recommendation, including at least one thing we think you should not do yet. | The next package is chosen, put off, or turned down. We do not leave it vague. |
| Build it or simplify it | Someone who can make a decision, and a look at how the work really happens. | The build or the cleanup, with a named owner, a time box, and a plain description of done. | The thing we agreed to change has actually changed. A file in a folder is not the result. |
| Back office, if you want us to stay | A finished first package, and a clear description of what you want us holding. | A regular check-in, a limit on how much is in motion, and a simple way to end it. | We are either doing that background work, or the retainer has been closed. |
What we will not do
- Start with a website, a campaign, or back-office help just because that was the first thing in your email.
- Advertise for a company whose website, app, or delivery cannot handle more work.
- Add software so we can avoid looking at how the job actually gets done.
- Invent revenue numbers, staff cuts, or a testimonial.
- Open a retainer so we can skip the business review.
- Give legal, tax, medical, or investment advice.
- Hand you to people whose names are not on this site.
How we know it is working
During the work, we look for something you can see: a step removed, a message with an owner, or a marketing test that is still inside the limits we agreed. At the end, we look at whether the original problem moved. Traffic on its own is not a result. We also do not publish other clients’ numbers on this site.
Bring this to the first call
- What you sell and who pays.
- What you think is stuck, and what you have already tried.
- Who can make a decision if we disagree with the brief.
- No financials are required to book the conversation.
